● Tea has always been one heck of a stress reliever. Blend cloves, ginger, honey and cinnamon in boiling water, steep for a few minutes and drink. Perfectly soothing.
● In the center of your chin is a nerve- and blood circulation area – press and rotate this area for just 1 minute. Also, work on reflex points in your hands, temples and feet. This will not only relax you but, your body will release endorphines, which cause you to be more happier.
● An Epsom salt bath with 2 drops of lemon essential oil or eucalyptus oil is super for easing stress.
